Dnes 6.8. 2025 odletěl reprezentant České federace wushu Jan Hoffmann v doprovodu reprezentačního trenéra Maria Jarkase účastnit se World Games 2025, které bude probíhat ve dnech od 7.8. do 17.8. 2025 v čínském Čcheng-tu.
World Games se konají každé 4. roky pod záštitou Mezinárodní asociace Světových her (IWGA) a podporou Mezinárodního olympijského výboru (MOV). Honza byl dodatečně nominován světovou federací International wushu federation (IWUF) do váhové kategorie -70Kg v kontaktní disciplíně Sanda. Už samotná kvalifikace a účast na světových hrách, je jedna z nejvyšších cílů, který může sportovec dosáhnout a věříme, že Honza je natolik připravený, že nezůstane jen u účasti, ale i ukáže své kvality zápasníka.
Je nám velkou ctí, že jsme součástí národní výpravy, který činí 125 sportovců z 16 sportovních svazů/federací, kterou Český olympijský výbor profesionálně zajistil a bude o naše sportovce pečovat i během celých her. Jedná se o doposud nejpočetnější českou výpravu organizovanou Českým olympijským výborem a podporovanou Národní sportovní agenturou. Děkujeme. www.olympijskytym.cz
Každý den bude Česká televize vysílat sestřihy výkonů všech našich sportovců, včetně osobních vstupů a zajímavostí z jejich pobytu. Czech Sanda athlete at the World Games 2025 in China
Today, August 6, 2025, the representative of the Czech Wushu Federation Mr. Jan Hoffmann, together with the national coach Mr. Mario Jarkas, flew to participate in the World Games 2025, which will take place from 2025 August 7th to August 17 th in Chengdu, China.
The World Games are held every 4 years under the auspices of the International World Games Association (IWGA) and with the support of the International Olympic Committee (IOC). Honza was additionally nominated by the International Wushu Federation (IWUF) in the -70Kg weight category in the contact discipline of Sanda. The qualification and participation in the World Games is one of the highest goals that an athlete can achieve and we believe that Honza is prepared enough to show his qualities as a sanda fighter.
We are very honored to be part of the czech national team, which consists of 125 athletes from 16 sports associations/federations, which the Czech Olympic Committee has professionally organized and will take care of our athletes throughout the games.
